The NextGen Association Summit is a competitive process and requires the following eligibility requirements:
- Candidate must be a current ASAE member (please contact Allison Cabaniss if you are unsure about your membership status).
- Candidate must be employed full-time by an association or association management company (AMC).
- Candidate must be 35 years of age or younger as of October 1, 2025.
- Candidate must have at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
- Candidate aspires to executive leadership within the association community
- Candidate demonstrates commitment and dedication to ASAE and the association community.
- Candidate has the support of their employer to participate if selected
- Candidate must submit a letter of recommendation from an association executive that is familar with the candidates work
